Qualification Criteria

Product-Qualified Lead (PQL)

A user is considered a PQL when they meet all of these:

  • Completed at least 1 launch checklist
  • Logged in 3+ times in the past 14 days
  • Hit a free-tier limit (1 active launch cap)

Sales-Qualified Lead (SQL)

Relevant when we add outbound sales. Criteria TBD — likely:

  • Team of 5+ requesting demo
  • Company with 10+ product launches/year
