Qualification Criteria
Product-Qualified Lead (PQL)
A user is considered a PQL when they meet all of these:
- Completed at least 1 launch checklist
- Logged in 3+ times in the past 14 days
- Hit a free-tier limit (1 active launch cap)
Sales-Qualified Lead (SQL)
Relevant when we add outbound sales. Criteria TBD — likely:
- Team of 5+ requesting demo
- Company with 10+ product launches/year
