- Mediation — if informal resolution fails, propose neutral mediator
- Legal action — last resort only
Refund Policy
- Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked
- Pro-rated refund for annual plans cancelled mid-term
- No refunds after 14 days for monthly plans (just cancel)
