Approach

  1. Resolve informally first — email conversation within 48 hours
  2. Mediation — if informal resolution fails, propose neutral mediator
  3. Legal action — last resort only

Refund Policy

  • Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked
  • Pro-rated refund for annual plans cancelled mid-term
  • No refunds after 14 days for monthly plans (just cancel)
